How to Join and Terms and Conditions

Submission of e-mail entries and participation in this contest means that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this promotion.

 

  1. This contest is open to all residents in the Philippines, with 2 valid government issued IDs.
    All rentals or online entry submissions must be made between March 31, 2022 to December 8, 2022.
    Raffle draw and online announcement of the winner will be on December 21, 2022, 12:30 noon.
    It will be streamed live on our Glisaz Youtube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/Glisaz
     

  2. The prize is a 15-inch Asus Laptop.
     

  3. How to join the raffle? There are many ways to join.
     

    1. Book our Rosh or Glisaz green screen studio = 10 raffle coupons.
       

    2. Every P10,000 worth of equipment rental service =  2 raffle coupons.
       

    3. Equipment rental less than P10,000 = 1 raffle coupon.
       

    4. Thru Youtube

      Step 1: Subscribe to our Youtube channel
      AND
      Step 2: Thumbs up OR comment on 1 video
      To earn 1 raffle coupon.

      Step 3: Message our Glisaz CommunityEvents Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/GlisazAudioVideo

      and include your: 1) Full name as shown in your valid government ID, 2) Mobile Number and 3) Email Address. And attach the screenshots as proof that you’re subscribed to our Youtube channel and that you liked or commented on our video. This serves as your 1 raffle entry.

We have more than a hundred videos on our channel.


We need the complete information and correct screenshots for your raffle entry to qualify. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not qualify for an entry. You must still be subscribed to our channel on the raffle draw.

If we pick your name and you’re no longer subscribed to our Youtube channel, your entry is automatically disqualified and we will pick another winner.

 

5. Thru Facebook
 

Step 1: Like at least 1 of our 3 Facebook pages:

Step 2: Share any of our Glisaz Youtube videos OR any of our Glisaz Facebook posts on your personal Facebook page.

Your Facebook post must be in Public so we can see it.

Step 3: Message our Glisaz CommunityEvents Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/GlisazAudioVideo 

and include your: 1) Full name as shown in your valid government ID, 2) Mobile Number and 3) Email Address. And attach the screenshot/s as proof that you like at least one of our pages, AND that you shared any of our posts on your page. This will will earn you 1 raffle entry.

We need the complete information and correct screenshots for your raffle entry to qualify. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will not qualify for an entry. You must still like at least one of our Facebook pages on the raffle draw.

If we pick your name and you no longer like any of our Facebook accounts or your post is no longer visible on your Facebook profile, your entry is automatically disqualified and we will pick another winner.

 

4. If you’re sending multiple entries, pls. send us your complete information and screenshot for each and every entry qualify.

To our longtime supporters, previous comments and shared posts qualify, even if you posted it years ago.

5. If you you’re writing comments – it must make sense and be appropriate, to qualify. You can give reasonable feedback or ask questions.


6. The winner must confirm the receipt of our call, text or email within 7 days after being contacted. If the winner does not respond to our call, text or email within a week, we will hold another raffle draw and give the prize to another individual instead.

 

7. The winner must personally claim his/her laptop in our office at #50 L. Paredes San Diego Ave. (formerly Main Ave.) corner 10th Ave., Brgy. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City, during office hours. The winner must present a two (2) valid, government issued IDs to claim the prize.

We do not allow representatives to claim the laptop on behalf of the winner. Prize pick up must be scheduled ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate the winner when he/she arrives.

 

8. Prizes are not convertible to cash.

 

9. Prizes not claimed by April 25, 2022 will be forfeited.

 

10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Youtube or Facebook. Entries that do not comply with Facebook or Youtube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified. https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/

 

11. We will not share your personal information with other individuals or organizations without your permission. We will keep your personal information private.

 

12. We will announce the name of the winner on all online platforms and social media accounts of Glisaz, Rosh and AV Studio. The winner agrees to have his/her photo and/or video taken accepting the prize and posted on our online platforms and social media accounts.

 

13. Employees and active freelancers of Glisaz, Rosh and AV Studio are not eligible to join. Family and friends of employees and freelancers are welcome to join. Clients, viewers and supporters are welcome to join. 

14. Please watch our Youtube video for instructions to ensure your entry is correct and valid.
